Job Description

• Handle complete accounting of the company
• Ensure accurate books, entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Final responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
• Strong tax knowledge & compliance
• Take care of GST, Direct Tax, and all statutory taxes
• Ensure timely filings, returns, and compliance
• Plan taxes smartly to reduce tax liability legally
• Control over cash flow
• Manage accounts payable (vendors) and accounts receivable (customers)
• Ensure timely collections and payments
• Keep a close watch on working capital and inventory
• Audit & statutory compliance
• Handle statutory audits end‑to‑end
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Close audit observations without delays
• Team leadership
• Lead and manage the accounts and taxation team
• Guide, review work, and ensure accuracy
• Build discipline, accountability, and process ownership
• Reporting to management
• Report directly to the Director
• Share financial insights for business decisions
• Ensure transparency and compliance in all financial matters

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in accounts & taxation
• Someone who has handled finance independently
