Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HMIS (Health Management Information System) Manager with 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, digital health programs, software integration, and project monitoring. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, implementation, integration, and monitoring of HMIS platforms while supporting healthcare digitization initiatives and ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) compliance. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools and Microsoft Office applications for effective program execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

HMIS Management

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities, vendors, and technical teams to optimize HMIS usage.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for system utilization and data management.

Software Integration

• Manage integration of HMIS with third-party healthcare applications and government health platforms.
• Oversee interoperability initiatives and data exchange mechanisms.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement corrective actions.

ABDM Implementation

• Lead ABDM-aligned digital health initiatives and ensure compliance with national digital health standards.
• Coordinate implementation of Health IDs, healthcare registries, electronic health records, and related ABDM services.
• Work closely with government agencies and healthcare stakeholders for successful adoption of ABDM frameworks.
• Monitor and report ABDM-related performance metrics.

Project Monitoring & Governance

• Establish project plans, milestones, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks.
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.
• Prepare periodic status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Conduct project review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with healthcare administrators, government officials, vendor partners, and internal teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare presentations, project reports, operational dashboards, and management updates.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regulatory records.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality in all reports and submissions.

Technology & Innovation

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, for project management and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools for data analysis, reporting automation, project tracking, and decision support.
