Job summary

• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, Vernier calipers, bore gauges) to inspect finished parts and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Modify feed rates, spindle speeds, and tool offsets to optimize cutting performance and prevent tool breakage.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance (fluid top-offs, cleaning, lubrication) and diagnose minor mechanical or programming errors.
• Maintain a safe work zone adhering to PPE guidelines and 5S workplace standards.
