Job summary

Paisabazaar is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (RM) - Home Loans to manage high-quality leads and own the customer journey from lead conversion to loan disbursement. The role is based in Chennai and involves no cold calling, with emphasis on consultative selling and end-to-end processing.

You will assess income documents and CIBIL reports, advise on suitable home loan products and fees, coordinate with Credit, Legal and Technical teams, and ensure timely disbursement while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Home Loan Sales experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end loan disbursement process.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• Only candidates with Home Loan experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Warm lead management and client engagement to convert inquiries.

Paisabazaar is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager (RM) - Home Loans to manage high-quality leads generated through our corporate channels. In this role, there is zero cold calling or cold sourcing. You will own the entire customer journey from lead conversion to final loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Consultation

• Warm Lead Management: Contact and engage prospective clients using internal leads provided daily by the company.
• Financial Assessment: Analyze customer profiles, income documents, banking history, and CIBIL reports to check loan eligibility.
• Product Matching: Advise clients on suitable home loan products, interest rates (ROI), processing fees, and repayment structures.

2. End-to-End File Processing

• Documentation: Collect all required KYC, income proof, tax returns, and property documents from the customer.
• Credit Coordination: Log files into the system and coordinate closely with Credit, Legal, and Technical Valuation teams for quick loan sanction.
• Query Management: Solve login queries, valuation issues, or legal hurdles raised by the underwriting team.

3. Relationship & Disbursement Management

• Post-Sanction Formalities: Handhold customers through the collection of original property documents and agreement signing.
• Disbursement Execution: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth, timely fund disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Home Loan Sales.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end loan disbursement process.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• Only candidates with Home Loan experience will be considered.
