Job summary

Eclat-Health-Solutions-4 is seeking HCC QAs for their Hyderabad branch. The role requires 4+ years of experience in HCC coding and adherence to various coding guidelines. Candidates should have active coding credentials and excellent communication skills.

Preferred candidates should be able to join immediately and work from the office. A joining bonus of 25k is offered for candidates starting on or before 15th May'25.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HCC coding experience.
• Active coding credentials through AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.
• Must identify trends in coding and documentation errors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HCC coding with adherence to official guidelines.
• Identify coding and documentation errors.
• Provide coaching and support to team members.

We are looking for HCC QAs with 4-10yrs of exp for our Hyderabad branch

Job Role

• 4+ years HCC coding experience.
• Should carry strong experience in HCC coding concepts and updates.
• Active coding credentials through AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.
• Adherence to official coding guidelines, coding clinic determinations, client specific coding guidelines, CMS and other regulatory compliance guidelines and mandates.
• Must be able to identify trends in coding and documentation errors, to include over and under-coding.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Should carry strong exposure in HCC coding concepts & updates
• Should be able to join immediately
• Should be willing to work from office
• Should be CPC OR CRC Certified
