Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant HCC Coding experience
• Strong knowledge of Medical Coding

• Excellent attention to detail and coding accuracy

About This Role

We are hiring Certified HCC Coders for an opportunity in Hyderabad, associated by Spruce Lifeskills. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning accurate ICD-10-CM codes, mapping diagnoses to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC), and ensuring coding accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. The role also involves supporting Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), conducting documentation audits, and providing coding-related feedback to healthcare providers.

Eligibility Candidates with 1+ year of relevant HCC Coding experience can apply. Strong knowledge of Medical Coding. Good understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and HEDIS Category II codes. Strong knowledge of HCC Coding & Risk Adjustment. Excellent attention to detail and coding accuracy.

Mandatory Certification Any ONE certification is mandatory: CRC – Certified Risk Adjustment Coder CPC – Certified Professional Coder CCS – Certified Coding Specialist
