Job summary

Access Healthcare seeks an HCC Certified Coder to review medical records, assign ICD-10-CM diagnoses, and map them to HCCs, with locations in Chennai or Hyderabad, India.

The ideal candidate has a strong medical coding background, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HEDIS CAT II codes is required. CRC, CPC, or CCS certification is mandatory.
