About the Role

Hiring: Manager Training (P&C Insurance) Noida Immediate Joiners

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Brokerage Operations for a leadership role based in Noida. Role: Manager Training. Location: Noida. Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years.
• Proven experience in claims adjudication and adjusting within P&C insurance.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance lifecycle: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing.
• For SPE: Hands‑on experience in P&C operations with strong process execution and troubleshooting skills.
• For SME: Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, process optimization, and handling escalations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in US night shifts with flexibility and reliability.

Preferred Profile

• Proven experience in a Manager-level Training role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance domain and brokerage workflows.
