Job summary

Tech Mahindra is looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to implement Informatica IDQ and IDMC on SAP S/4HANA integrations. You will design information architecture and lead data profiling, cleansing, and consolidation across critical domains.

Immediate joiners (0-15 days) are preferred. The role requires hands-on MDM experience with Informatica and strong SQL skills, plus a solid understanding of data structures and development processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing MDM solutions with Informatica is required.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC Cloud is a plus.
• Hands-on experience across data profiling, data integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, and consolidation.
• Strong understanding of data structures and relationships.
• Strong data analysis skills and SQL.
• Understand source-to-target map documents and provide recommendations.
• Knowledgeable in technology and software development processes.
• Experience with MDM integration to SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.

Master Data Management (MDM) Informatica IDQ and MDM Developer will be responsible for applying MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the company's vision, and supporting an MDM implementation on Informatica platform technologies. In the role you will learn to design and develop the information architecture for a robust MDM platform that matches and consolidates key data subject areas in a manner that is aligned to the company's strategic vision.

• Prior experience implementing MDM Solutions with Informatica is required.
• Prior experience implementing MDM Solutions with Informatica IDMC Cloud is a plus.
• Must have hands-on experience across the various phases of a typical MDM solution - data profiling, data integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, consolidation etc.
• Strong understanding of Data structures and relationships
• Strong Data analysis skills, strong in SQL
• Understand and assess the Source to target map documents and provide the recommendations if any.
• Knowledgeable in technology and software development processes
• Experience with MDM integration to SAP S/4 HANA a strong plus
