Job summary

Axis Services in Hyderabad is hiring for an International Non-Voice Banking process role. You will handle customer queries via international chat and non-voice channels, ensuring accurate resolution of banking issues while adhering to AML/KYC guidelines.

Candidates with at least 1 year of international chat/voice experience and banking exposure are preferred. The role offers 5 days work with two weekly offs and a competitive CTC up to 5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of international chat/voice experience.
• Banking experience mandatory.
• Experience in credit card, loan, AML, or KYC preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Relevant international process experience required.
