Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Mumbai seeks a seasoned project management professional to own end-to-end S2P initiatives across procurement transformation.

You will lead milestones, risks, and dependencies while coordinating cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Vendor Management. The role requires strong experience in PeopleSoft, Oracle Procurement, Coupa, Aravo, or Zip, plus UAT planning and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end S2P project plan, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives across Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and TPRM functions.
• Coordinate system configuration, testing, integration, and validation activities across PeopleSoft, Aravo, and Zip platforms.
• Drive vendor master data migration, mapping, and cleansing in collaboration with business and data teams.
• Manage UAT planning, execution, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and project presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, AP, Vendor Management, IT, and Data teams.
• Support organizational change management, user training, and adoption of new S2P processes and tools.
