Job summary

Applicantz is seeking a Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst to transform end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and payments. The role emphasizes automation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in S2P/Procure-to-Pay, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. Hybrid work with a Bangalore Office weekly cadence is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in S2P, P2P, procurement, AP, or finance operations.

• Hands-on experience supporting process improvements or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation with stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and support design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology teams to optimize processes.
• Support data governance, QA, UAT, and change management activities.
• Work with users, vendors, and system integrators to resolve issues and deliver projects.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst to support the transformation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and payments. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Procure-to-Pay who enjoy driving process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work, once a week to Bangalore Office.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting process improvements, transformation initiatives, or system implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Ariba, Coupa, or Zip is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, or AI-enabled tools for reporting and process improvement is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
