Job summary

You will lead training sessions, teach ICD-10-CM, medical terminology, anatomy, and risk adjustment coding, provide practical examples, and coach students toward job readiness. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth within medical coding education.

Qualifications

• HCC / Risk Adjustment Coding knowledge is essential.
• ICD-10-CM terminology and guidelines familiarity.
• Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology knowledge required.
• Knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and conventions.
• Medical Coding certification preferred/mandatory.
• Prior Medical Coding training experience preferred.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
