Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead the successful delivery of web application and enterprise application projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in React.js, JavaScript, Redux, SQL, application development, and ERP support, AI projects along with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web applications and enterprise application development projects.
• Manage application development, enhancements, maintenance, and ERP support initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering, QA, UX/UI, business, and ERP support teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely project execution.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, architecture alignment, and adherence to coding standards.
• Oversee SQL-based data validation, reporting requirements, and application integrations.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project health, delivery metrics, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure successful production deployments, application support, incident management, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, or Application Development.
• Strong technical knowledge of React.js or JavaScript (ES6+) or SQL, AI.
• Hands-on experience in application development and ERP application support.
• Experience managing enterprise web application development and support projects.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across Development, QA, Product, Business, Infrastructure, and Support.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL queries, data analysis, and application integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
• Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
• Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise applications, or product-based organizations is a plus.
