Job summary

Medusind is seeking an experienced data management professional to mentor a delivery team, ensure adherence to client SLA and quality metrics, and drive training and performance improvements. The role requires strong domain knowledge in healthcare data, CPT & ICD coding, and readiness to travel for domain trainings.

The ideal candidate will lead project planning, monitor team productivity, and maintain essential reports for client delivery. CPC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of experience in relevant data management.
• Working knowledge in CPT & ICD coding.
• CPC certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, groom and optimally utilize team resources to meet project SLA and quality targets.
• Plan projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Ensure productivity and quality targets of the team are met.
• Provide training and ramp-up support for new joiners to achieve quick onboarding.
• Conduct regular team meetings and maintain a healthy, motivating environment.
• Interact with client counterparts on day-to-day issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop and maintain reports capturing team and project performance for timely client delivery.
• Manage attrition and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Stay updated on domain developments related to products/services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel to other office locations for domain trainings when required.
• Coordinate with support staff for team concerns and improvement ideas.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation.
• Assist in operations interviews for roles from CSE to Team Coach if needed.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Objective: Ensure adherence to client SLA and quality matrices, responsible for mentoring, grooming and optimal utilization of team resources

• Project planning to ensure timely delivery and quality standards defined in client SLA.


• Ensures that the teams productivity and quality targets are met.


• Provides feedback and arrange for appropriate training to ensure optimal team performance.


• Ensure quick ramp up of new joiners in the team.


• Conducts regular team meeting and keep team environment healthy and motivating.


• Has a good grasp on project delivery and independently interacts with client counterparts on day to day issues.


• Develops and maintains appropriate reports to capture team performance and overall project performance. Responsible for timely delivery of the reports to the client.


• Attrition Management


• Keep self-up-to-date on latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in the field.


• Proactively detect potential quality or data issues/ delays in meeting project timelines and takes action after discussion with the manager.


• Flexible to travel to other office locations to conduct domain trainings as and when required.


• Contribute in the performance evaluation of the team members.


• Coordinating with support staff for any concern or suggestion for the team or raised by the team.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide inputs towards automation.


• Conduct operations round of interview from CSE to Team Coach Position if needed.

Industry Preference

Healthcare, Pharma, Medical. More than 4 yrs of exp in relevant data management experience. Working knowledge in CPT & ICD coding. CPC certification is an added advantage.
