Job summary

Medical Billing Wholesalers in Chennai is seeking an experienced Team Lead Medical Coding to lead our healthcare coding team on-site. You will oversee multi-specialty coding projects and drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 8–10 years in Medical Coding with at least 12 years in a supervisory role, and proven US Healthcare/RCM BPO experience. You will mentor staff, enforce SLAs, and implement process improvements to ensure quality and productivity.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8 - 10 years in Medical Coding, with at least 12 years in a Supervisory role such as SME / Process Coach.

• Strong expertise in Multi-Specialty coding (more than 2 specialties)

• CPC / CCS / COC or equivalent medical coding certification preferred

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or a related discipline preferred.

• Experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Medical Coding BPO is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and US healthcare coding guidelines.
