Job Description

• Review the medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
• Abide by the standards of Ethical coding as set by AAPC and adhere to official coding guidelines.
• Responsible for production and delivery of quality services within the agreed turnaround time. Maintain coding accuracy of 98% or higher.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and information security.
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate from B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy / life science background
• Good command and effective knowledge about Human anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, and all systems of Human body.
• Hands on experience on Radiology coding (CPT) guidelines and modifiers (Diagnostic radiology)
• Minimum experience on non-invasive and invasive procedures in IVR (Ex- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, catheterization and angiograms)
