Apeejay Stya Group seeks a Plant Head to lead Roorkee, Uttarakhand manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and engineering activities. The role demands 20+ years in pharma manufacturing and proven capability in regulatory inspections and quality systems.

The successful candidate will drive production planning, budget management, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, ensuring cGMP and global regulatory compliance across OSD, Oral Liquids and Hormone products.

Formación

• 20+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with leadership of formulation plants and global regulatory inspections.
• Strong expertise in GMP, regulatory inspections and quality systems.
• Experience in plant operations including manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, engineering and EHS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall plant operations at Roorkee site.
• Ensure manufacturing of OSD, Oral Liquids and Hormone products with optimum quality, safety and productivity.
• Drive production planning, inventory control, capacity utilization and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, CDSCO, USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP and PIC/S requirements.
• Lead Greenfield/Brownfield projects, technology transfer, validation and commercialization.
• Handle internal, customer and regulatory audits and maintain inspection readiness.
• Drive QMS including Deviations, CAPA, RCA, Change Control, Risk Management and Investigations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, OEE improvement and digital transformation.
• Ensure EHS, ESG, statutory compliance and data integrity.
• Develop SOPs, review documentation and maintain GMP compliance.
• Lead cost reduction, waste elimination and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, training and succession planning.

B. Job Purpose

• Lead end-to-end Plant Operations for Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehousing, Engineering and EHS while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, cost optimization and continuous business growth.

C. Key Accountabilities

• Lead overall plant operations at Roorkee site.
• Ensure manufacturing of OSD, Oral Liquids and Hormone products with optimum quality, safety and productivity.
