IPL Biologicals Limited seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee finance and accounting for the Dubai holding company and coordinate across global subsidiaries. You will review subsidiary books, monthly/quarterly reporting, and lead group consolidation with intercompany eliminations.

Ensure timely closure of accounts, coordinate statutory and tax audits, and maintain UAE regulatory compliance including Corporate Tax, VAT and FTA obligations.

Qualificações

• Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in UAE/GCC holding company or regional/global group.
• International statutory reporting and intercompany accounting exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage finance and accounting activities of the Dubai holding company and coordinate finance requirements across global subsidiaries.
• Review subsidiary books of accounts, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flows and supporting schedules.
• Lead and review group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, reconciliation of balances and preparation of consolidated management reports.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts across subsidiaries and the holding company.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, financial audits and other regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE financial and tax requirements, including Corporate Tax, VAT, FTA requirements, financial record keeping and filing obligations.
• Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of tax returns, payments, statutory filings and other regulatory submissions.
• Manage intercompany accounting, cross-border transactions, related-party balances, management fees, loans, dividends and other group transactions.
• Support the groups transfer pricing requirements, including review of related-party transactions, supporting documentation and arms-length considerations, where applicable.
• Review accounting treatment for investments in subsidiaries, intercompany transactions, foreign currency transactions and other group-level matters.
• Monitor foreign exchange impact, cash requirements and funding movements between the holding company and subsidiaries in coordination with treasury/management.
• Establish and monitor finance controls, accounting policies, approval processes and reporting standards across subsidiaries.
• Work with local finance teams, external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors and other professional service providers.
• Identify financial, compliance and control gaps across subsidiaries and drive timely corrective actions.
• Prepare management dashboards, financial analysis, variance analysis, budgets, forecasts and other reports required by senior management.
• Support strategic finance projects, new subsidiary setup, restructuring, acquisitions/investments and other group-level initiatives as required.
• Maintain complete and audit-ready financial documentation and ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
