Job summary

World Network Services (WNS) in Gurgaon is hiring for an international voice process / customer support role. Grad/UG candidates with 1 year of CS experience and excellent communication are welcome to apply. The role requires working in 24x7 shifts from the WFO location in Gurgaon.

This position targets inbound/outbound voice support for UK & US customers, with opportunities in a BPO setup. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment and international caller handling.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required.
