Talent Zone Consultant in Chennai is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to drive manufacturing efficiency, process optimization, productivity improvement, and industrial engineering initiatives across plant operations.

The role requires leadership of the IE team, collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and hands-on implementation of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement programs to improve OEE and line balancing.

Qualificações

• 10-15 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Graduate degree in relevant field.
• Role: Industrial Engineering Manager with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrial engineering and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production processes, manpower, capacity, and cycle times.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization projects.
• Develop and improve work standards, layouts, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor productivity KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the industrial engineering team.
