Job summary

Glauben Technologies is seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and NLP. You will work on end-to-end AI applications, integrate with vector databases, and implement prompt engineering while collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects.

The role requires 5–10 years of software/AI-ML experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software development / AI-ML experience.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM evaluation; exposure to LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of NLP, ML, DL, and Transformers.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer with 5–10 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and NLP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data.
• Work with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
• Develop AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows for business use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop integrations with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

• Experience building enterprise GenAI solutions for domains such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or Manufacturing.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
