Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Pune seeks a Generative AI Developer to design, build and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions using RAG, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks. You will craft AI-powered apps, chatbots, and knowledge-management tools aligned with business needs.

You will collaborate across teams, implement prompt engineering, and ensure secure, scalable AI practices while leveraging cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS.

Qualifications

• GenAI Developer with RAG & Generative AI experience.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with REST APIs and web frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Experience with NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and model evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Developer with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge management and intelligent search solutions.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and document intelligence solutions.
• Integrate AI applications with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, and response optimization techniques.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and embedding models.
• Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
