Skills

• 12-18 years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position
• Hands‑on expertise in AI/ML frameworks and experience deploying AI solutions at scale
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, advanced RAG, Agentic AI ecosystem, base model fine‑tuning, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings
• Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of various vector databases, embedding models and various base models
• Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change‑management skills
• Experience in setting up large‑scale digital platforms with AI‑driven capabilities
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and vice versa

• Work closely with legal experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions
