Job summary

Axis Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Team Lead E/M with Cardio Surgery to lead a medical coding group. You will handle complex E/M and Cardio Surgery coding, ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with client guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of medical coding experience, a graduate degree, and a valid medical coding certification. Immediate to 30 days notice period is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the E/M with Cardio Surgery medical coding team.
• Handle complex E/M and Cardio Surgery coding cases.
• Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, quality, and client-guideline compliance.
• Perform regular audits, feedback sessions, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor team performance and achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Resolve coding-related queries and provide guidance to team members.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for coders.
• Coordinate with QA, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and applicable coding guidelines.

WE ARE HIRING E/M WITH CARDIO SURGERY TEAM LEAD

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7+ Years in Medical Coding
Designation: Team Lead E/M with Cardio Surgery
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Qualification: Graduate
Certification: Certified Medical Coders only
Relieving Letter: Not Mandatory
CTC: 12–15 LPA
Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last CTC, subject to experience, interview performance & current CTC
