Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a senior AI/ML professional to join our consulting team and tackle complex customer issues with innovative AI solutions. You will own proposal inputs, design solutions, and lead configuration and demonstrations to align with client needs.

The role requires hands-on experience in AI/ML, DL, NLP, GenAI and related tools, with familiarity in Agile/Waterfall environments. This position offers a trajectory in a dynamic digital transformation setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, DL and statistical modeling with hands-on experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, SpaCy, NLTK, NLP, MLOps – AirFlow, Big Data and related technology stack.
• Strong proficiency / hands on experience of 3+ years in Deep Learning, data analytics, text analytics etc.
• 3+ years of experience in building solutions using AI/ML.
• 1+ years of experience on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, GPT, LLMs and Gen AI models
• Strong understanding of existing generative AI services e.g. OpenAI, Bard, Transformer Architecture etc.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles and development methodology (Agile, Waterfall).
• Very strong in trouble shooting and fixing issues in the production

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
