Zensar Technologies is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) specialist to design and implement AEP solutions for unified customer data and activation. The role involves building XDM schemas, managing Real-Time Customer Profiles, and integrating RT-CDP and Journey Optimizer.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to meet business requirements while ensuring data governance and privacy standards.

Formación

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, XDM schemas, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud with enterprise apps and third-party systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions to support customer data unification and activation.
• Develop and manage XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Configure and maintain RT-CDP, Audience Manager, and Journey Optimizer integrations.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines from various data sources into AEP.
• Implement customer segmentation, audience activation, and personalization use cases.
• Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud products with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are adhered to.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues related to data flows and customer profiles.
• Support end-to-end deployment and maintenance of Adobe Experience Platform solutions
