Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a Credit Control & collection professional for the Thane West location. The role focuses on accurate accounting entries, timely bank reconciliations, and precise customer payment allocation.

You will work with SAP/Oracle, manage TDS accounting, and prepare collection reports while coordinating with customers, operations, and auditors to ensure smooth cash flows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working on Oracle or SAP is mandatory.
• Experience in customer ageing, collection reporting, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record daily bank receipts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Allocate customer receipts against respective service bills.
• Handle TDS accounting and related reconciliations.
• Follow up with customers for payment advice and remittance details.
• Prepare daily collection performance reports and monitor bank balances.
• Share customer ageing reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers and operations teams to resolve payment deductions and discrepancies.
• Process internal fund transfer entries in the accounting system.
• Provide the required financial data and supporting documents to internal and external auditors.
• Allocate credit notes against the respective invoice references
