Job summary

Crystalline Designers is seeking a talented designer to create engaging graphics and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns. You will develop concepts for campaigns, produce motion graphics, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

The role involves collaborating with marketing to plan content and leveraging AI-powered tools to boost productivity and creativity. Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with basic After Effects is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and content generation.
• Strong typography and layout skills.

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for digital content.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and generate innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands.
• Research current design trends, social media trends, and creative strategies.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for branding, signage, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Assist in photoshoots, video shoots, and content planning when required.
