Key Responsibilities:

• Create content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers/eBooks and sales collateral
• Research technology, digital transformation, enterprise software and industry trends
• Simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for technical accuracy
• Create SEO-friendly content using keyword research, headings, metadata and internal linking
• Proofread, edit and fact-check content
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for ideation, outlining and drafting
• Contribute ideas for new content formats and topics

Eligibility & Preference:

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing/Content Marketing
• Strong experience in technical/technology-related content is mandatory
• Excellent written communication, storytelling, editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to research and simplify complex concepts
• Experience with both long-form and short-form content
• Portfolio or writing samples required
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO and content optimisation
• Comfortable using AI writing tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience in IT Services, SaaS or technology-focused organisations
• Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search behaviour
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console or SEMrush
• Experience writing for B2B or international audiences
