Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances and measurement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with CMM operation and inspection software and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM equipment to inspect machined components.
• Perform dimensional measurements per drawings and inspection requirements.
• Understand GD&T, tolerances, datum references, and technical drawings.
• Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs for different components.
• Generate and maintain CMM inspection reports and measurement data.
• Identify dimensional deviations and communicate results to Quality and Production teams.
• Ensure CMM equipment, fixtures, probes, and inspection tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Support quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with inspection procedures.

We are looking for a CMM Operator to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and perform accurate dimensional inspection of manufactured components. The candidate will work closely with the Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure components meet drawing specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate CMM equipment to inspect machined and manufactured components
