Job summary
Kiaaka Global in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SME/Team Leader to manage a customer service team across voice, chat and email. Minimum 2+ years in team handling and fluent in English and Hindi are required. Immediate joiners preferred; 5 days work with 2 rotational off in HSR Layout.
Salary ranges: SME up to 6 LPA, Team Leader up to 7.5 LPA. Call for details and fixed shifts are Day & Rotational.
Qualifications
- Min 2+ years customer service team handling (Voice/Chat/Email).
- Excellent English & Hindi required.
- Graduate degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team (voice/chat/email).
- Ensure quality and productivity meet targets.
- Coordinate shifts and ensure smooth operation of the BPO process.
