• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lesson plans that cover Hindi prose, poetry, grammar, and writing skills according to school and board guidelines.

• LSRW Skill Development: Focus on improving students' Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) abilities in Hindi, especially for students where Hindi is a second or third language.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment that encourages active participation.

• Parent-Teacher Communication: Meet parents during PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) to discuss student behavior, reading habits, and academic growth.

• Professional Development: Attend workshops, faculty training sessions, and seminars to stay updated with modern pedagogical techniques.
