Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in Mysuru is hiring HIL Validation Engineers with hands-on experience in dSPACE HIL Systems, MATLAB/Simulink, CAN Communication, and Automotive ECU Testing.

You will configure HIL IO, develop CAN, update DBC files, design Simulink models, and deploy via dSPACE tools while collaborating with validation teams to ensure system-level readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL Systems, MATLAB/Simulink, and Automotive ECU Testing.
• Experience in CAN communication and updating DBC files.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Development and vehicle network testing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage HIL IO systems, signal mapping, and sensor linearization.
• Develop and integrate CAN communication and update DBC files.
• Design, modify, and validate Simulink models.
• Generate Cam & Crank signal profiles using MATLAB scripts.
• Configure and deploy models using dSPACE ConfigurationDesk and ControlDesk.
• Perform FIU (Fault Insertion Unit) setup and testing.
• Setup HIL hardware, ECU, CAN, and wiring harnesses.
• Troubleshoot HIL hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with validation and development teams for system-level testing.
