Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems in Bengaluru/Bangalore is urgently hiring an Analog Design Engineer to join a reputed client team. The role focuses on high-speed analog receiver circuits, transistor-level design, and robust verification to meet silicon targets.

You will use Cadence Virtuoso with Spectre/HSPICE, perform PVT simulations, and work with SerDes and LVDS interfaces, collaborating across design, layout, and verification groups to deliver high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in analog circuit design.
• Experience with high-speed receiver architectures.
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSPICE.
• Experience with PVT simulations and post-layout verification.
• Knowledge of SerDes, LVDS, CML, HCSL interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and verify high-speed analog receiver circuits at transistor level.
• Work on analog CMOS and high-speed receiver architectures.
• Perform circuit simulations using Cadence Virtuoso with Spectre/HSPICE.
• Conduct PVT simulations and post-layout verification/signoff.
• Analyze and optimize receiver performance including equalization, noise, jitter, offset, and signal integrity.
• Work on high-speed interfaces such as SerDes, LVDS, CML, HCSL, or LP-HCSL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design, layout, and verification teams.
• Take ownership of macro-level design and verification activities.
• Drive designs toward performance, quality, and silicon targets.
• Troubleshoot circuit-level issues and provide effective solutions.
