Responsibilities
- Drive secondary profits and manage beats efficiently.
- Coach Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) and format beats for higher throughput.
- Ensure effective merchandising and sell-through opportunities.
- Understand Dealers in line with Lakh (DPL) and drive sales growth using WOW income practices.
- Map and restructure territories based on organizational needs.
- Leverage nearby events for incremental business growth.
- Engage with key stores and identify opportunities for market growth.
Business Development
- Map dealers per DPL and drive income growth using WOW practices.
- Map and restructure territories based on industrial requirements.
- Leverage nearby activities for incremental business growth.
- Engage with key stores and identify opportunities for market growth.
Channel Partner Management
- Communicate norms and sales targets effectively to channel partners.
- Evaluate and ensure channel partner adequacy consistent with WOW guidelines.
- Expand infrastructure (delivery systems, DSM, etc.) through distributor investments.
- Handle contingencies like TSI attrition or delivery issues successfully.
Selling and Negotiation
- Inform channel partners and stores about SKUs, schemes, and pricing.
- Tailor schemes to stakeholders and address grievances effectively.
- Negotiate win-win solutions with partners to drive earnings growth.
Planning and Execution
- Identify growth drivers and translate objectives into actionable goals.
- Plan based on earnings responsibilities, schemes, and market opportunities.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–7 years in frontline sales (minimum 3 years in FMCG). Preference for chocolate or food industry.
- Education: Full-time graduate from an identified college or university.
- Proficiency in DMS, MS Office, and HHT; comfortable with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong foundations in FMCG operations, negotiation, and communication skills.
