Job summary

The Hershey Company in Mandideep, India, is seeking a Senior Executive Technical to lead end-to-end manufacturing for Soy Beverages, Milkshakes, Syrups, and Fruit Purees. You will ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations across processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, palletization, and warehouse handover while hitting production targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in food and beverage manufacturing, with SAP/Power BI-driven performance monitoring, GMP/HACCP knowledge,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing and processing.
• Experience in packaging, production management, quality systems, and TPM/Lean.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity targets.
• Ensure process excellence across batching, processing, sterilization, filling, and packaging.
• Drive food safety, quality compliance, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve equipment reliability and OEE through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop shop-floor teams and manage production prioritization and escalation.
• Drive TPM, Lean, automation, and loss-reduction initiatives.

How will you fit in the big picture?

The Senior Executive Technical is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing shift operations for Soy Beverages, Milkshakes, Syrups, and Fruit Purees. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operations across processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, palletization, and warehouse handover activities while delivering production, quality, service, and productivity targets.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity targets.
• Ensure process excellence across batching, processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, and palletization.
• Drive food safety, quality compliance, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Maximize equipment reliability, OEE, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop shop-floor teams through manpower deployment and capability building.
• Manage production prioritization, quality containment, and escalation of operational issues.
• Drive TPM, Lean, productivity improvement, automation, and loss-reduction initiatives.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing with expertise in end-to-end processing, packaging, production management, quality systems, continuous improvement, and SAP/Power BI-driven performance monitoring. Knowledge of beverage manufacturing operations, food safety systems, TPM/Lean methodologies, equipment troubleshooting, inventory management, and team leadership is required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
