Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing, GNM Nursing or any degree.
• Certification in wound care or related specialty preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to undertake field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, home healthcare agencies, and specialized care centres.
• Identify potential retailers and sub-dealers and ensure product availability.
• Generate and follow up on patient leads received from healthcare institutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and patient lead generation targets.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper care practices and appropriate product usage.
• Train patients on hygiene, product replacement procedures, and skin care.
• Assess individual patient requirements to help ensure proper product fitting and comfort.
• Provide follow-up support and coordinate with healthcare professionals when medical intervention is required.
• Offer appropriate lifestyle guidance within the scope of training and clinical practice.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, obtain required consent forms, and submit reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Share feedback and insights to support new product development.
