Job summary

ICG Medical is seeking a regional recruiter to develop and grow relationships and revenue within the US healthcare recruitment market. You will understand the role and business, grow the region in line with targets, and deliver a timely, robust recruitment service to candidates and clients with high customer service.

You will source nurses and healthcare workers, manage pipelines, and coordinate with compliance and payroll while working from an office in India.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and candidate engagement.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
• At least 6 months of experience in US healthcare recruitment is required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & generating referrals, database mining, sourcing via social media, and selling the agency/opportunity.
• Pipeline management: prioritizing, building & maintaining relationships & supporting compliance in collecting documentation.
• Obtaining and updating candidate availability.
• Management of the candidate database, ensuring all notes are on the system.
• Source new nurses and nurture existing nurses, and handle cancellations from clients and candidates.
• Stakeholder management with colleagues in compliance, sales, and payroll.
• Follow-up call after the first shift to ensure service levels remain high.
• Welfare calls to workers–promoting a strong customer experience.
• Developing client relationships & maximizing opportunities.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline management: prioritizing, building & maintaining relationships & supporting compliance in collecting documentation.
• Obtaining and updating candidate availability.
• Management of the candidate database, ensuring all notes are on the system.
• Source new nurses and nurture existing nurses, and handle cancellations from clients and candidates.
• Stakeholder management with colleagues in compliance, sales, and payroll.
• Manage basic payroll queries, chase missing timesheets, manage and support rejected timesheets, releasing timesheets from the team.
• Follow-up call after the first shift: Ensuring service levels remain high.
• Welfare calls to workers–promoting a strong customer experience.
• Developing client relationships & maximizing opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
• A graduate or undergraduate degree with at least 6 months of experience in US healthcare recruitment is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working US shifts and from the office.
