Job summary

Cognizant in Chennai is seeking a Functional Test Lead with 5–7 years of experience in Facets – Claims, Enrolment and EDI knowledge. The role focuses on testing in the healthcare payer domain and client-facing activities.

Must have hands-on expertise in Facets, EDI transactions and SQL, with strong knowledge of enrolment business processes, CMS regulations and LEP-related requirements. Good-to-have: experience with 837/835/820 and test delivery leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The candidate should possess strong expertise in the Healthcare domain, with hands-on experience in Facets, EDI transactions, and SQL. They should have in-depth knowledge of the Enrolment business area, including a thorough understanding of CMS regulations and LEP-related processes and requirements
Functional Skills: Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Project Management, Testing Process and Metrics Testing Execution Techniques, Planning Configuration Management Test Strategizing and Planning Test & Defect Management, Concepts Automation Testing Test Design Techniques Estimation & Resource Planning.

Must have: Healthcare, Payer, Facets, Enrolment, Billing, 834, and SQL. Strong Claims SME to support UAT, client facing role.
