Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare counseling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and healthcare services.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during consultations and treatment.
• Explain medical processes, therapies, and wellness programs in simple, understandable language.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in resolving patient queries, concerns, and complaints.
• Guide patients regarding lifestyle changes, diet plans, and wellness programs as advised by medical professionals.
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and engagement.
