Job summary

As an Azure Databricks - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. • Overseeing the deployment and optimization of data warehouses, confirming data quality and security
• Collaborating with business and technology leaders to identify and address data challenges and opportunities
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage innovation in data engineering practices
• Validating data integrity and compliance within analytics frameworks to support informed decision‑making
• Promoting the use of cloud-based analytics platforms like Snowflake and AWS for enhanced insights generation

What You Must Have
