Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Fabric+Pyspark+SQL Manager to lead data engineering initiatives and build scalable data infrastructure for a diverse client portfolio. You will design and implement data pipelines, leverage Hadoop, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Databricks, and guide teams to deliver insights that drive growth.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and shape strategic planning while upholding PwC's standards of integrity and innovation in analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

As a Fabric+Pyspark+SQL Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
