Job summary

Greythr is seeking a Health/Nutrition Coach to engage patients through calls, video chats, and messaging, monitor progress, and tailor diet plans per doctor guidelines. You will build relationships, provide basic mental health support, track vitals and adherence, and coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the broader care team in a remote-friendly role based in India.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in clinical nutrition and/or health science background.
• At least 1 year of health/nutrition counselling experience.
• Should be from a calling background with strong communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with doctors, therapists, operations and product teams.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with devices in a remote setting.
• Friendly, empathetic with strong patient relationships.
• Good listener with ability to motivate behavioral change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pro-active check-ins with patients to ensure adherence to the program.
• Monitor patient status via platform and conduct video calls, phone calls, and chats.
• Report patient data to update daily assessment scores on diet, fitness, medicines and mental health.
• Conduct diet counselling sessions and suggest plan modifications if required.
• Coach patients to comply with doctor’s guidelines.
• Build rapport and provide basic mental health counselling by listening to concerns.
• Track patient’s fitness routine and adherence to rehab program.
• Track vitals, lab results, and symptoms to assess for emergencies.
• Raise alerts to doctors based on platform guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and encourage patients to follow the program.
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists and psychiatrists if needed.

Job description
