Amor Management Consultants in Pune seeks a seasoned treasury leader to drive strategy, optimize cash flow and liquidity, and guide risk management for a heavy engineering manufacturing group. You will oversee banking relationships, funding for large CAPEX programs, and multi‑currency transactions, while ensuring strict governance and compliance.

With 13–15 years' experience and SAP/Oracle Treasury exposure, you will lead a high‑performing team and partner with executives on strategic finance

• Heavy Equipment Manufacturing, Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Capital Goods, Automotive, Auto Components, or Heavy Engineering.

Preferred Experience

• Managing treasury for organizations with annual revenues of 2,000 Cr+.
• Experience with large CAPEX programs and greenfield/brownfield expansion projects.
• Exposure to global treasury operations, import financing, export incentives, and multi-currency transactions.
• Experience in consortium lending, syndicated loans, and structured financing.
• Familiarity with credit rating agencies and interactions with lenders and investors.
