Job summary

Symbiosis Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned Treasury professional with 10-18 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on banking operations, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, ensuring smooth day-to-day treasury functions and strong bank relationships.

You will coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and Procurement teams to support working capital initiatives and vendor financing, while overseeing domestic payments and MIS reporting for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 10-18 years of relevant experience in Treasury.
• Strong experience in Banking Operations, Cash Flow & Liquidity Management.
• Hands-on experience in Domestic Payments.
• Strong bank liaisoning and relationship management.
• Manufacturing/industrial sector experience preferred.
• CA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, fund transfers, reconciliations and day-to-day banking transactions.
• Monitor daily cash flows, prepare forecasts and ensure funds availability.
• Optimise fund positioning and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Coordinate with banks on transactions, facilities and issue resolution.
• Oversee timely processing of vendor, employee and statutory payments.
• Prepare Treasury MIS and cash-flow reports for management review.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts and Procurement on treasury needs.
• Support working capital and vendor financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Banking Operations: Manage bank accounts, fund transfers, reconciliations and day-to-day banking transactions.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flows, prepare forecasts and ensure availability of funds for business requirements.
• Liquidity Management: Optimise fund positioning and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Liaisoning with Banks: Coordinate with banks on transactions, documentation, banking facilities and issue resolution.
