Personnel Search Services Group in Mumbai seeks a Head of HRBP & Talent Acquisition (Non-tech) to partner with senior leaders and drive people strategy across the organization. This leadership role owns HRBP for non-technology teams, end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and key HR initiatives.

Reporting to the CHRO, the role is critical in building scalable HR practices to support rapid growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 10–12+ years with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
  • Leadership experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior business leaders; managing end-to-end HR for multiple functions.
  • Expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, policy formulation and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across non-technology functions.
  • Drive workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for all non-technology functions.
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring plans and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Drive high performance by setting goals and performance metrics across functions.
  • Drive Reward & Recognition frameworks across the organization.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and improve employee experience.
  • Support managers in employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee POSH policies and related processes.
  • Review and strengthen HR frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.

Position Overview

The Head of HRBP & Talent Acquisition (Non tech functions) role exists to partner with business leaders and drive people strategy across the organization. This leadership position is responsible for leading HR Business Partnering for all non-technology teams, owning end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and key HR initiatives. Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10–12+ years with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior business leaders; managing end-to-end HR for multiple business functions.
  • Technical Expertise: Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, policy formulation, HR frameworks, employee relations, and POSH compliance.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
