Locus is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring across R&D, Revenue and G&A. You will lead the recruiting team, partner with founders and business leaders, and stay hands-on on critical roles to scale the organization.

You will drive global expansion, build capability in North America and Europe, and maintain a high quality bar through structured interviews and scorecards, influencing leadership decisions and the employer brand across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition, with 4+ years leading a team.
• Experience hiring for B2B SaaS product companies.
• Proven hiring across R&D, Revenue and G&A, including Revenue roles in the US and/or Europe.
• Experience managing search firms and agencies.
• Hands-on, with strong sourcing and closing skills.
• A track record of building teams and processes at a growing company.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Role Description

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own hiring across R&D, Revenue and G&A at Locus. You will lead the recruiting team, work closely with the founders and business leaders, and stay hands-on on critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Strategy: Own the hiring strategy for R&D, Revenue and G&A, tied to Locus’s business plan and growth markets.
• Global Expansion: Build hiring capability in North America and Europe to support our growth in those regions.
• Leadership Hiring: Lead senior and leadership hiring in partnership with the founders.
• Quality Bar: Set and maintain a high hiring bar through structured interviews, clear scorecards and consistent decisions.
• Team and Partners: Build and lead a strong TA team, and manage a network of global search partners.
• Employer Brand: Grow Locus’s brand as an employer across India, SEA, MEA, North America and Europe.
• Data and AI: Use data, market insight and AI to make hiring faster and better, and report outcomes to leadership.
