Job description

PR – BFSI will be a key member of the agency's leadership team, responsible for driving the overall PR strategy and business growth for the BFSI sector, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Fintech, Lending, Wealth Management and related financial services businesses. The role will be responsible for strategic client leadership, new business development, senior stakeholder relationships, reputation management, media strategy and quality standards across BFSI mandates. The individual will work closely with the Founder to strengthen WMS's BFSI practice, market positioning and industry relationships, build long-term client partnerships, drive revenue growth and develop a high-performing PR leadership team. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong combination of BFSI sector understanding, PR expertise, commercial acumen, client leadership, media relationships and people management.
