Job summary

Adfactors PR in Mumbai is seeking smart and energetic PR professionals for BFSI and Corporate practices as Account Executives and Senior Executives who are eager to learn, collaborate and grow together.

The ideal candidate will translate complex industry topics into compelling narratives, track industry trends, and build strong relationships with business media. You will work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and contribute to strategic communications campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in PR/Communications (BFSI/ B2B / Corporate PR exposure preferred).
• Strong writing and business storytelling skills.
• Ability to understand technical or industry-specific subjects.
• Proactive, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple BFSI & Corporate client mandates including press releases, media advisories, leadership profiling and weekly reporting while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Contribute to strategic communication planning across traditional, digital and industry platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business journalists, trade media and sector-specific influencers
• Support clients in positioning themselves as thought leaders within their industries
• Track industry developments and proactively identify story opportunities
• Work closely with senior team members to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns
• Assist in preparing client reports, performance metrics and campaign analysis
• Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions and idea generation
• Support team development and help foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture
